Coder Mates Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected through the web site/phone/e-mail. We provide user support services to consumers using web-based tools and software as well as through telephone support of our users. These tools may include software that enables us to remotely access and control a user’s computer with their permission. We require certain information and permissions from you to provide the Services. As being the sole owner, Coder Mates Ltd. will not sell or provide this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this policy.

While addressing your technology related issues, we may request for the problem to be resolved by enabling our technicians to have access to and take control of your computer. Coder Mates Ltd. uses software tools which enable you to grant control of your computer to our technicians remotely via the Internet. This allows the technician to more effectively diagnose and correct problems. Coder Mates Ltd. does not use Remote Access software to access and control your computer without your consent and we will ensure that you are present at all times when our technicians are remotely accessing your device. Our technicians are trained in the use of this software and we take steps to limit access to confidential or sensitive information stored on your device or network, avoid deliberate destruction of information on your devices or networks, and help avoid system problems. Coder Mates Ltd. maintains specific internal policies and technical controls to limit how and when our remote access tools may be used to assist you.
Coder Mates Ltd. reserves the right to monitor and record on-line and off-line sessions between users and our technicians for quality assurance and training purposes. Some uses of this type of information include improving our Service, building a support knowledge base and conducting internal market research.
